o Denial and Lack of self-esteem

The photo on the left shows the first Counseling Center for youth and children living with T1DM which was launched on 25th August, 2019. It is located close to the Diabetes Clinic, Muhimbili National Hospital, Dar es Salaam.
Our aim is to establish such centers at all 37 T1D clinics throughout the country so that each Tanzanian youth and child living with T1DM gets proper education and counseling.
